How the Non Trainees to go ahead in business
1. Do not take a day off.
2. Everybody should be on time.
3. Product dos not matter,it is the attitude which matters.
4. Try to learn more positive from your trainer.
5. Try to develope yourself in the dress code and communicatin skills.
6. Try to speak always in hindi or english in the office.
7. Set yourself short term goals for a day.
8. Follow the people who are doing better than you in dress code perfprmance and communication skill.
9. Always motivate yourself and try to motivate others.
10. If you get demotivated try discussing with your trainers or managers.
11. If you can't make money properly,try todiscuss with your senior to solve your fault.
12. Maintain a pocket diary to note down all the negative points faced by you in the field as well as the positive ones.
13. Have a dream and work to achieve it.
14. Try to take some responsibilities in office.
15. Think every night what will you do to motivate people in your office once you become an owner.
